We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your SPORTY GIRL purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 6 months of purchase.
SPORTY GIRL guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
As long as the product came from us You can return or exchange purchases by mail or at are Jupiter Florida retail store regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or in store.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. SPORTY GIRL is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that had a manufacturing defect a new one item will be sent back to the customer at no expense.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your package however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
ALSO NOTE ONCE TRACKING SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DIDNT RECIVE THE PACKAGE. YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR MAILMAN AND SEE IF IT WAS MISPLACED OR STOLEN.
IF for some reason the shipping is delayed because it is stuck at a location it is not our responsibility, it is then the post office's issue, however we will be happy to help you get it all figured out so feel free to contact us for help. If the package is lost and you never recived it the post office will need to refund you for that or we can get the insurance claim and reimburse you.
SO once we ship the item we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged items, that is now the post office's issue but will be happy to help you take care of the issue.
